this lesson was about cohesion and coherance. cohesion is the sense of flow while cohereance is the sense of the whole. we diagnosed analysed and rewrote paragraphs in this section. this section helped with putting things in a certain flow. flowing with the sentences and making it make sence as one. we discussed topics, subjects, and verbs in this booklet. throat clearing is one thing that happens quit often its where readers want to get to the topic/subjects too quickly.

the authors intentions for this section was to explain cehesion and coherance. the author made a great argument about it and was persuasive. i agree with the content. the section was directed towards anyone who reads the book. its a good lesson and kind of a short writing. it also talked about beginning a sentence well. clarity was streched in this section. diagnosing and revising topics was addressed too.

how this personally connects to me is that it talks about somthing i do alot while in a college english course. that is writing. but this section went on and discussed a little about flowing with the sentence and as a whole.
