Definitions

-Cultural Literacy: I believe is depending on how much knowledge that you have on a certain subject or the subject your talking about. If you read a book or anything about politics, and don't understand politics or don't have any idea what they are then I believe you will be lost. The reason now for that is because you dont understand the text and you cant comprehend it at that moment.

-Cultural competence- is obtaining the information you need but also knowing how to use it. You have to be able to apply the knowleges that you know and use that to your advantage and beable to let people know what yoou know
