How to Put Your Course in this Space

If you are teaching a writing course and want to use this space for hosting your course, all you have to do is:

  • List your course on the first page of the wiki under the appropriate title (i.e. put your course under English 1000, for English 1000 Courses). You do so by first creating an account in the wiki, and they by clicking the edit tab. See the Help page for further instructions regarding editing.
  • Make an internal link from a unique word/number in your course name (not just 1000 because many courses will have the name 1000; instead 1000-section number)
  • The internal link will give you a new page which you can build your course on and around.


Do not erase any other instructor's course or material. Every page you make must be made from a unique name so that you do not intrude on others' work or space.

In a Mediawiki wiki (which is this particular type of wiki), every page has to have a unique name. No two pages may have the same name.
